Contemplative Spiritual Direction

Spiritual direction is truly nourishment for the soul.  It is a safe place to come explore yourself in relationship to the Divine. My role as a spiritual director is to hold you in sacred space as you notice what arises in your heart and experience.  A director is not here to fix or problem-solve, but rather to allow you to safely open to your inner world.  You will be witnessed, and deeply listened to…nourished.

Some of the reasons people might come to see a spiritual director include (but are not limited to):

• Experiencing a longing or a pull in the heart that cannot be explained

• Spiritual experiences or new awareness that may be disorienting or confusing

• A desire to have a deeper relationship with the Divine

• A crisis of faith or experience of a dark night

• Searching for purpose, meaning or fulfillment that regular life does not seem to provide

Given the intimate nature of the relationship that often forms, the first session is offered freely to determine if we feel we are suited to work together.

Private sessions are conducted on Zoom or in-person at a location near Wayne, PA (about 30 minutes west of Philadelphia). Fee for one hour is donation based. Please inquire for more information.
